Do you charge travel fees for areas outside Calgary?

No. We do not charge travel fees to Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks or rural Rocky View County properties within our coverage area. The price is identical to service in downtown Calgary.

How fast can you get to my area?

Most Calgary quadrants and Chestermere are under 90 minutes. Airdrie, Cochrane and Okotoks are typically under 2 hours. Because our technicians are stationed across the region, response times stay short regardless of where you live.

Are prices the same in every location?

Yes. Springs, cables, openers, sensors and every other repair have the same published price whether you're in Mahogany, Tuscany, Airdrie or Okotoks. We confirm the final price on the phone before dispatch.

Do you service rural properties?

We service rural Rocky View County properties between our listed communities. Response times may be slightly longer depending on the location, but there is no extra travel charge within our coverage area.

Can I book for a specific time?

Scheduled appointments receive a 2-hour arrival window. For urgent issues we dispatch immediately and text you an ETA based on your location and technician availability.

How do I know the price won't change when the technician arrives?

Three ways. First, our prices are published on this site and our Prices page — not 'starting from' estimates. Second, we ask about your door size, symptoms and hardware before quoting. Third, the technician shows you the failed part and confirms the price before beginning work.

What's covered by your warranty across all locations?
