When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, service address, the type of service you need, and, if you provide them, your email address and a message about the problem.

We also record how you found us: the ad campaign or link parameters in the page address (such as source, campaign, search term and the Google click ID), the first page you landed on and the website that referred you. Your browser keeps these for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads bring in requests. We only use your info to respond to your request.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records anonymous information such as clicks, scrolling and page views, and uses cookies to do so. This helps us fix confusing pages. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.

We advertise with Google Ads. Google's tag uses cookies to measure when a visit from one of our ads leads to a phone call or a submitted estimate request. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can limit personalised ads in your Google account's ad settings.

Your request is sent only to the Fenix Garage Doors team by email and through our private team messaging so we can call you back. It is stored securely in our website's database. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
